静电纺丝纤维支架在软骨组织重建中的设计应用 被引量:1

摘要 软骨损伤是临床常见疾病之一。软骨是一种无神经和血管营养的组织,其自身修复能力很差。组织工程学为解决这一难题提供了新方法。组织工程学主要由支架材料、种子细胞和生长因子三要素构成。而其中支架材料是近年来组织工程学研究的热点。静电纺丝技术更是由于其能形成多孔隙的纳米纤维支架而备受青睐。本文具体介绍静电纺丝技术在软骨组织工程学中的设计应用。 Cartilage injury is one of clinical common diseases. Since cartilage is a kind of tissue without nerves and blood vessels, its self-repair ability is limited. Tissue engineering provides an approach to solve this problem. Tissue engineering is mainly composed of scaffolds, seeding cells and growth factors. And the scaffold material is a hot spot in the research of tissue engineering in recent years. Electrospinning can produce polymer fibers with diameters down to nanoscale dimensions and form high porosity non-woven mat. This paper introduces the application of electrospinning technology in the cartilage tissue engineering.
