摘要
目的探讨盐酸氨溴索(沐舒坦)对老年慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的疗效。方法将120例老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,在同样抗感染、对症治疗的基础上,治疗组加用盐酸氨溴索针剂治疗,对照组加用生理盐水静脉滴注。观察两组临床症状、体征缓解情况,X线胸片、痰培养、血常规改善情况及抗菌药物治疗疗程。结果治疗组患者临床症状、体征显著改善,辅助检查结果好转,抗生素治疗疗程明显缩短。结论盐酸氨溴索能减轻患者呼吸道症状、改善呼吸功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in elderly patients of COPD. Methods 120 elderly patients of COPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. On the base of anti-infection and symptomatic treatment,Mucosolvin were used in treatment group,Sodium Chloride were used in control group. Results The clinical symptom ,physical sign and auxiliary examination result of patients in treatment group were improved significantly,course of antibiotic treatment were exactly shortened. Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride is able to lighten symptom of respiratory tract and improve respiratory function. It is worth to be spreaded and utilized.
