通过资本运作扩张规模,整合资源,已经成为我国传媒业进一步发展的必由之路。而在西方巨型媒介集团觊觎我国传媒市场、国内传媒业面临巨大挑战的背景下,通过资本运作实现传媒安全、促进传媒发展尤其具有现实意义。
In order to distribute resources properly, it is necessary for people to broaden the scale of the media throughcapital managing. The western media is trying to enter China's media market to make profits, thus forcing China's mediato face a big challenge. Under this background, if the China's media people want to make our national media stay in secu-rity and advance, it is really significant for them to manage capital well.
