公伯峡水电站施工期设计洪水流量的合理选择 被引量:1

摘要 针对近年来黄河上游来水偏枯、龙羊峡水库处于低水位运行等特点,业主和设计单位审时度势,对公伯峡水电站施工期的设计洪水流量进行了压缩调整。此举不但解决了截流时间推迟后,大坝第一年的安全渡汛问题,而且取得了可观的经济效益,并对其它工程建设有一定的参考价值。 Based on the features of flow of the Yellow River are low in recent years and the Longyangxia Reservoir operated under low water level, the owner and design institute decide that construction design flood of Gongboxia Hydropower station should be decreased. This decision solves not only the problem of delay of diversion closure and get through flood period safely, but also achieved significant economical benefits, which may provide some reference for other works as the same type.
