摘要
利用计算机仿真技术进行摩擦学设计是现代设计方法之一,其中仿真的重点是建模。作者探讨了凸轮机构摩擦学设计中的仿真建模问题,并以FB2凸轮为例描述了几何设计建模、接触应力建模、磨损计算建模过程。通过实例对建模中存在的问题提出了解决办法。
The tribological design with computer simulation is one kind of modern design methods. The key link of this method is modeling. Modeling of cam mechanism in internal combustion engines is discussed in this paper. As an example,FB2 cam is used to describe the modeling processes of geometry design, contact stress and wear calculation. And the modeling technology has been provided. The method to resolve some problems in modeling process has also been presented in this paper.
