摘要
目的 探讨小切口胆囊切除术的手术方法、适应证及优缺点。方法 回顾自 1999年 1月至2 0 0 1年 12月 117例小切口胆囊切除术的应用情况 ,对其适应证、优缺点进行分析。结果 全组小切口手术成功 110例 (94 % ) ,延长切口 7例 (6 % ) ,无胆道损伤 ,胆瘘 2例 (1 7% ) ,无死亡。结论 小切口胆囊切除术优点多 。
Objective To study the method,indication,advantage and shortcoming of minicholecystectomy.Methods 117 cases of minicholecystectomy from January 1999 to December 2001 were analyzed.Results 110 cases(94%) were cured with minicholecystectomy,7 cases(6%) incision lengthened,2 cases(1.7%) of leak bile,no patient died,and no patient had bile duct injury.Conclusion Minicholecystectomy is a satisfactory technique with many advantages.
