摘要
目的 :研究复方玄驹胶囊对小鼠化学性肝损伤的保护作用。方法 :本文采用CCL4诱发小鼠肝损伤模型 ,观察小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶 (ALT) ,谷草转氨酶 (AST) ,总蛋白 ,白蛋白 ,球蛋白的变化 ,并做肝脏病理切片。结果 :本品可抑制小鼠血清ALT ,AST活性 ,72 0mg/kg剂量组能促进白蛋白分泌 ,降低球蛋白水平 ,使白蛋白 /球蛋白比值有一定升高。病理切片观察显示 ,本品显著减轻由CCL4所致小鼠的点状坏死 ,气球样变性。结论 :复方玄驹胶囊内容物对CCL4肝损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective:To study the protective effects of powder of compound XuanJun capsules against the chemical liver injury in mice induced by CCL4.Methods: Using acute chemical liver injury model induced by CCL4 as study model,to observe the change of serum ALT, AST, General protein, Albumin,Globulin and to test hepatic histological sample.Results:Powder of compound Xuanju capsules can remarkably inhibited the activities of serum ALT,AST. Albumin level was increased and the ratio of albumin and globulin in serum was decreased in 720mg/kg group. Hepatic histological findings it could alleviated hepatic point-like necrosis and balloon-like degeneration.Conclusion: Powder of Compound Xuanju capsules can prevented the liver injury induced by CCL4 in mice.
