摘要
笔者报道护患信息不对称的原因及防范措施。认为存在的原因有:病人个体差异性;护士素质的差异性;社会传媒的导向性。采取防范措施:加强护患之间的信息交流;加强与社会传媒的沟通和联络;加强防范信息不对称的意识、主动服务意识,提高护理质量及护理人员的综合素质;加强护理专业理论学习和护理技能的培训,提高护理人员技术能力。才能有效地消除或减少护患双方信息不对称,从而提高护理技术水平和护理服务质量。
The authors in this paper report the causes of inequality of nurse-patient information and preventive measures. They argue the causes involve: individual differences in patients, quality differences in nurses and orientation of social media They come up with such preventive measures as enhancing exchange of information and communication with social media, strengthening the senses of preventing inequality of information, increasing nursing quality and active service; increasing nurses' synthetic quality, strengthening nursing theories and techniques to increase their capability. All of the measures are key in effectively eliminating or at least reducing the information inequality between nurse and patient so as to promote nursing techniques and nursing quality.
