摘要
我国的矿业权有偿取得制度是在 1996年新矿法颁布施行后开始建立的 ,规范和培育矿业权市场建设仍是国土资源部门当前的工作重点。本文回顾了浙江省以采矿权拍卖试点县的方式探索矿业权市场建设工作 ,总结了成功的经验和体会。并在此基础上对进一步推进全省矿业权市场建设问题提出合理性构想和建议 ,具有参考和借鉴价值。
China's paid acquisition of mining rights, the system had begun to be implemented after new mining law was issued in 1996. Regularization and development of mining rights market still are the emphasis of current work in the departments of land and resources. The paper reviews the facts that Zhe Jiang publicly sale experimental county with mining rights, and it summarizes successful experience. Then it gives the proposals for further spread the way to whole province.
