摘要
我国作为世界上最大的发展中国家,已经积极接受了联合国教科文组织倡导的终身教育的观念,并把它作为国家的基本教育政策和策略,指导教育体制改革。为说明我国终身教育体系的发展状况,现描述一下日本的终身学习体系建设,以咨对照。
