摘要
在分析高炉鼓风机工作原理的基础上 ,提出了高炉鼓风机寻优控制策略及控制目标函数。详细介绍了高炉鼓风机寻优控制的实现方法。研制的系统在包头钢铁集团公司投入实际运行 ,性能稳定 ,控制效果良好。
Based on studying the principles of the blast furnace blower,the optimal control strategies and objective function for controlling are presented in this paper.The realization of the optimal control for blast furnace blower is illustrated in details.The optimal control system for the blast furnace blower,which is designed in this paper,has already been put into operation in the Bao Tou Steel Group.A steady control system and satisfactory control effect are obtained finally.
