摘要
介绍某石化总厂自备汽轮发电机组及生产流程中的高速风机由于机械与热不平衡、管道力作用、轴承座台板松动及刚性不足等引发的振动问题。根据旋转机器的具体特性 ,在时域和频域中分析不同工况下的振动特征 ,对上述问题进行诊断和治理。结果表明 ,诊断结论是正确的 。
It is outlined that some examples of vibration fault diagnosis and remedies for turbo generator set and high speed blower in a petrochemical complex due to rotor unbalance by mechanical and thermal causes, pipeline force action, bearing base plate loose fit and stiffness not enough. Based on the characteristics of rotating machine, the vibration behavior on different operation conditions is analyzed both in time domain and frequency domain. It is shown that the diagnosis conclusions are correct and the remedies are effective for vibration reduction.
