摘要
选择具有代表性的聚甲醛丙烯酸甲脂和松木两种材料 ,采用基于耗氧原理的燃烧热释放速率测量方法 ,在不同的外加热流密度作用下利用锥型量热计系统对固体可燃物的热释放速率进行测量 ;分析了外加热流密度对固体可燃物热释放速率、燃烧产物中CO2 的浓度和烟气的温度的影响 ;发现固体可燃物的燃烧放热过程与它们本身的结构特性密切相关 。
Cone calorimeter tests were conducted on typical combustibles, such as PMMA(polymethyl methacryle)and pine. By means of this single test method, measured properties, such as HRR and CO 2 concentration and smoke temperature are obtained under fire exposure radiation conditions. The results show that combustion state of solids is closely related with their construction and characteristics: the heat release rate curve of pine has two obvious peak values, but the heat release rate PMMA increases stably and behaves like a liquid. Exposure radiation has a great influence on combustion and heat release of solids.
