摘要
采用球形Ni(OH) 2 和LiNO3、CoO为原料 ,空气气氛条件下 80 0℃恒温 8h,合成了锂离子电池正极材料LiNixCo1-xO2 。XRD分析表明 ,合成的LiNixCo1-xO2 粉末结晶良好 ,具有规整的α NaFeO2 层状结构。SEM分析表明 ,粉末颗粒呈球形 ,粒径约为 7μm。充放电测试表明 ,合成的LiNixCo1-xO2 正极材料放电比容量为 1 5 2mA·h/g,1 0 0次循环后容量保持率为 80 %。
The LiNi_xCo_ 1-x O_2 powder was synthesized by sintering spherical Ni(OH)_2, LiNO_3 and CoO in air at 800 ℃ for 8 h. XRD results showed that the powders are highly crystallized LiNi_xCo_ 1-x O_2 with ordered layer structure of α-NaFeO_2. SEM microphotos showed the powders are spherical particulate with the particle size of ca. 7 μm. Electrochemical test proves. The discharge capacity of the cathode material was 152 mA·h/g and the capacity holding rate was 80% after 100 cycles. The cathode material has excellent electrochemical performance .
