QMA-SepPak柱在^(18)O-富集水回收中的应用

摘要 采用QMA -SepPak柱吸附18O -富集水中的 [18F]-氟化物并用K2 CO3溶液淋洗 [18F]-氟化物。试验结果表明每次生产18O -富集水的回收率大于 95 % ,[18F]-氟化物的收率大于95 % ,充分满足了 2 - Fluoride was adsorbed from 18 O enriched water by QMA-SepPak Cartridge and eluted by K 2CO 3 solution. The experimental results showed that the recovery of the 18 O enriched water was greater than 95% and the recovery of -Fluoride was also greater than 95%. It is proved that the method can satisfy the demands of routine production of 2- 18 FDG.
