摘要
简要介绍了铜川新区水环境质量管理与控制系统建设的基本构思和指导思想、设计系统的主要特点、功能和目标等 ,并对系统进行了结构化分析——模块划分。从可持续发展角度讲 ,该系统的设计运用 。
The basic conceptions and leading thoughts of construction of water pollution control and water resources decision system for Tongchuan new district have been introduced briefly in this paper. It also includes the main features and functions. The modularization, which is for structurization analysis, is suggested. In the eyes of sustainable development the design of the system will provide some new ideas on the water environment construction for the developing district.
