摘要
提出了一种基于磁阻变化的转子位置间接测量方法,采用80C196KC单片机对位置信号处理过程中产生的相移进行了补偿,以DSP作为主控单元,实现了混合式步进电动机速度、电流双闭环控制。结果表明,系统具有良好的静态和动态特性。
A novel method of measuring the rotor position based on the magnetic reluctance variation is presented. A single-chip microprocessor 80C196KC is utilized to compensate the phase shift produced in the processing of rotor position signals of hybrid stepping motor. At the same time, DSP is used to realize the speed and current closed loops of hybrid stepping motor system. Experimental results show the control system has excellent static and dynamic characteristics.
