摘要
为提高城市电网供电可靠性,保证供电质量,阐述了城市电网建设与改造中变电所的设计模式,指出简化电气主接线,设备选型组合化、无油化、小型化,配电装置布置屋内化,控制、保护功能综合自动化,操作监视可视化,运行管理智能化,采用综合自动化系统,实现无人值班,是当前城市电网建设的最佳模式。
It is pointed out that in order to ensure reliable supply of power from urban power network,the current requirements for optimum mode of urb an power network construction are simplified primary electric connection,combin ation of oil-free and miniaturized equipment,in-house arrangement of power dist ribution equipment with automatic control and protection functions,visualizatio n of operational monitoring,intelligent operational management,and no need for man on duty.
