摘要
运用编辑策划的功能 ,对高校学报的栏目策划、选题策划进行了探讨 ,以期提高高校学报的质量。
The author discusses how the editorial work is carried on,how the columns are arranged in journals of colleges and universities,and how the papers are selected,so as to improve the quality of the journals in colleges and universities.
