创新是时代的需要 ,是领导者的使命。领导活动 ,从根本上说是一种不断解决新问题、追求新目标、开拓新世界的创新活动。建设具有中国特色的社会主义是一项前无古人的最伟大的创造 ,需要领导者必须具备良好的创新素质 。
Innovation is the need of the Times and the duty of the leaders.The leaders' activity is actually a kind of innovation in solving new problems,pursuing new targets and opening up the new world .It is a great innovation to construct the socialist country with Chinses characteristics .The leaders need the good innovation qualities to fufil the noble task entrusted by the history.
