摘要
在介绍国内外可供借鉴的历史经验、对滨海新区的内外部环境进行 SWOT分析的基础上 ,从时间、空间、功能和价值四个维度 ,提出了滨海新区产业发展规划方法论 ;论述了一“核”为心、两“港”互动、三“网”交织、四“带”递升、五“流”
Based on the theories and experiences of economically developed areas, with the SWOT analysis to Binhai new district, this paper brings forward the methodology of industries' planning from time dimension, space dimension, function dimension and value dimension.Then,five countermeasures are put forward to realize regional economy development, including the constructing of one 'core',two'harbors', three 'nets', four'bunches'and five 'flows'.
