摘要
从国际法角度,对国际恐怖主义犯罪非政治化的理论和实践问题进行了探讨,进而指出“非政治化”的未来发展趋向。
This paper addresses the theories and practice concerning international terrorist crimes going non-political in terms of international law. and then points out the trend of going non-political.
