当前,如何在激烈的市场竞争中生存与发展是电信经营者需解决的主要问题。本文从分析电信竞争形势入手,对目标市场细分、定价、营销渠道、品牌营销等方面提出了一些可行的应对策略。
At present, how to live and develop in the sharp market competition is the main problem that telecom operators need to solve. By analyzing the telecom competition situation first, tllis paper puts forwards some feasible countermeasures on elaborate objective market distribution, fixing prices, sales channels and famous- brand sales.
