摘要
针对压制粘结Nd-Fe-B粉末薄壁环、瓦形产品装料填入模腔困难、脱模力大等方面的问题,提出采用芯杆多点定位技术,并在SFJZ和SFJZY系列机械式和液压式自动粉末干压机中采用,同时解决了粘结多极环形薄壁磁体在自动压制成型生产中的装填料问题和脱模问题。
Multi-point core location technique is used to surmount the difficulty of filling powder into the mould and the large die ejection force in pressing thin-wall ring and arc Nd-Fe-B bonded magnets and has been adopted in SFJZ and SFJZY series of mechanical and hydraulic press for powder dry moulding. It resolves the problem of both powder filling and die drawing in auto pressing bonded multi-pole thin-wall ring magnets.
