摘要
作者采用“睡眠行为调查表”对143名军医大学二年级和六年级本科生进行调查,了解应激对不同年级学生睡眠行为的影响.结果发现:二年级失眠人数占50.0%,六年级占42.2%;失眠者均表现明显的入睡困难和低睡眠时间比;六年级失眠者在维持睡眠方面比二年级更加困难,二年级表现出对失眠的高敏感性;入睡困难是影响自我睡眠质量评价的重要因素.
The problems of sleep behavior were studied with the Sleep Behavior Inventory among 143 military medical students of second and sixth grades. The results showed that the students of the second year with sleep disor ders account for 50.0% and the sixth 42.2%; all of sleep disorders were apparently difficult of the sleeping process and had the ratio of sleeping time to laying time decreased; it was more difficult for the sixth to keep asleep than the second; while the second were more sensitive to wakefulness; the difficulty in going sleeping was an important factor to influence the self-assessment on sleep quality. The habit for nap-taking plays a significant role in decreasing the ratio of sleep disorders.
