摘要
观察湿热痹冲剂治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。设治疗组用湿热痹冲剂治疗风湿热郁型类风关患者46例,对照组(正清风痛宁治疗)37例,结果:湿热痹冲剂能显著减轻和缓解患者的临床症状,改善和恢复关节功能,降低血沉、C-反应蛋白,总有效率为82.61％,对照组67.57％(P>0.05)。提示湿热痹冲剂是治疗风湿热郁型类风湿关节炎的有效药物。
To observe the clinical efficacy of 'Shi Re Bi Granule' in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) ,46 cases (treatment group) of RA of wind-damp-heat syndrome were treated by Shi Re Bi Granule' and another 37 subjects (control group) were treated by 'Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ming'. Results: 'Shi Re Bi Granule' could obviously relieve the clinical symptoms, improve joint functions, reduce ESR and C reaction protein; the total effective rate was 82.61% in treatment group and 67.57% in control group, P > 0.05. It is suggested that 'Shi Re Bi Granule' is an effective medicine for RA of wind-damp-heat syndrome.
