摘要
目的 探讨不同应激情境中个体的心率变异性及心率变化。方法 1 8名飞行学员 ,分别记录并比较其静息状态及空中飞行中 5分钟短时程心率变异性及心率。结果 应激程度较高的空中飞行情境中 ,心率变异性低频功率、高频功率、RR间期差值均方根及RR间期标准差均下降 ,前三者达到统计学差异水平 (P <0 .0 5) ,而低高频功率比及心率上升 ,后者达到统计学差异水平(P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 心率变异性随情境应激程度的不同而变化 ,应激程度增加 ,心率变异性减小 ,心率加快。
Objective To study on situational characteristics of heart rate variability and heart rate.Methods 18 flying cadets were recorded and compared their 5 minutes' heart rate variability and heart rate under resting state and flying state. Results Under the situation of flying, the Lf, Hf, rMSSD and SDNN were lower than that of resting(to the first three indexes, P<0.05), and Lhf and heart were higher(to the later, P<0.001). Conclusion Heart rate variability changes with the stress degree. The higher stress the situation has, the less the heart rate variability becomes, and the faster the heart rate upgrades.
