摘要
本文应用扫描电镜技术研究日本大耳白兔脾切除后红细胞膜表面形态改变。正常红细胞形态为双面凹形,脾切除后出现明显的异形红细胞,其大小不一,形态不规则,部分红细胞膜表面可见一个或多个半球形隆起。结果表明脾脏对维持正常红细胞形态非常重要,单核吞噬细胞系统及淋巴结不能完全替代这种功能。
The changes of surface membrane character of erythocytes were observed wtih scanning electron microscopy in Japanese large ear rabbits before and after splenectomy.It is known that normal erylhrocytes are in the unique feature of a biconcave dise.After splenectomy,there were lots of ponkilocytes with irregular size and atypical shape.Some of the erythrocytes the spleen plays an essential role to maintain the normal size and shape of erythrocytes,which cannot be taken over by the monophagocytic system or the lymph nodes.
