摘要
维护与推进中华民族凝聚力发展的重要途径是实行法德兼治。依法治国以其权威性和强制手段规范社会成员的行为,以德治国则以其劝导力和教育功能提高社会成员的思想认识和道德觉悟,两者相辅相成。通过法德兼治规范人们的思想和行为,从而抑制人性中的恶和弘扬人性中的善,使中华民族凝聚力在新时期得到进一步的维护与推进。
An important means of maintaining and promoting the development of the Chinese national cohesion is to administer our country by law and virtue at the same time. Administering a country by law with the authoritarian and forced means standardizes the behaviors of the members in a society while running a country by virtue with its advice and educational functions promotes the ideological level and moral awareness of the members in a society and they complement each other. The ideology and behaviors are standardized by law and by virtue at the same time so that the evil in human nature is restrained and the good in human nature is carried forward, so the Chinese national cohesion can be maintained and promoted in the new times.
