摘要
对大鼠肝线粒体乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及溶脱的线粒体乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)进行了动力学比较研究。线粒体LDH及溶脱线粒体LDH对底物丙酮酸的Km值分别为50.0和33.8μmol/L,对NADH的Km值分别为35.3和21.4μmol/L。结果表明,线粒体LDH的Km值比溶脱线粒体LDH的Km值大。大鼠肝线粒体中的LDH主要是LDH-5,0.15mol/L的NaCl溶液可将其从线粒体上溶脱下来。
In this paper, we studied the kinetics of nitochondrial lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and solubilized mitochondrial LDH in the rat liver. The apparent Km values of mitochondrial LDH and solubilized mitochondrial LDH for substrate pyruvate were 50.0 μmol/L and 33.8 μmol/L, and those for NADH were 35.3μmol/L and 21.4 μmol/L, respectively. The apparent Km values of mitochondrial LDH were greater than those of solubilized nitochondrial LDH. The mitochondrial LDH in the rat liver was mainly LDH-5, which could be solubilized by 0.15 mol/L NaQ solution.
