摘要
在漫长的中国封建社会 ,由于种种原因 ,封建社会的财政常常入不敷出。自战国时李斯开卖官之先河 ,以后历朝历代便陈陈相因 ,历久而不衰 ,对中国封建财政、政治和经济带来了一系列的重大影响。
During the long period of China's feudal society, the feudal governments were often troubled with inadequate income to support their huge expenditure. Ever since Li Si of the Warring States Period (403221BC) started the practice of selling official positions according to the application financial contribution, China's economy, finance, as well as politics were always under its influence.
