摘要
随着建筑市场不断开放,各承包商之间竞争日趋白热化,施工项目风险的不确定因素也日益增多,风险损失规模也越来越大。文章就承包商如何重视加强自身施工项目风险的预防和对策、加强自身的项目风险管理提出了自己的见解。
With the opening of construction market, the competition among cons tractors is moreviolent. The uncertainty is increasing, the scale of loss because of risk are bigger and bigger. This paper gives suggestions for contractors how to enhance risk management to protect construction risk.
