探讨了有关高等教育成本的涵义 ,以及高等教育既具有公共产品的性质又具有私人产品的性质分析 ,对它的投资能够给个人和社会带来巨大的利益 。
The author probes into higher educational cost. The author also analyses the specifics of higher education that is regarded as private good and public good.It may benefit individual and society greatly investing in higher education. At last,the author points out that there is close connection between tuition fee paid by individual and higher educational cost.
