摘要
治理国家,必须“法”、“德”双管齐下,二者缺一不可。我们一定要在健全社会主义法律制度 的同时,重视并抓好道德立法,以此来规范和约束公民的道德行为。
In order to standardize and restrain the citizens'behavior and govern our country for better, it has to value and grasp the morality legislation and pay close attention to integrate law and morality at the same time with strengthening the law system of socialism.
