摘要
介绍以陕西、河北、湖北等几种国内高纯铁矿及伴生铁矿粉为原料 ,通过催化氧化法生产电子工业用的高品位α Fe2 O3工艺过程研究 ,从理论和试验两方面讨论各种工艺参数对反应过程的影响 ,得出反应过程优化的工艺条件 :铁矿粉粒度 3 0 0— 3 2 5目 ,反应温度 82 0— 940℃ ,反应时间 4— 5h ,催化剂用量 0 .5 %— 1.0 %。产品的纯度大于 98.0 % ,收率大于 98.5 %。
The reaction process of producing α-Fe_2O_3 by catalytic oxidation with high-grade magnetite in Shaanxi and accompanying iron ore in Hebei and Hubei provinces has been studied. The product can be used in electronic industry. The influences of different technical parameters on reaction process have been discussed from the point of view of theory and experiments. The optimum technical conditions are: granularity of iron is 300-325 mesh, reaction temperature is 820-940℃,reaction time is 4-5h, and catalyst dosage is 0.5%-1.0%. The yield of α-Fe_2O_3 is more than 98.5% and the product purity is more than 98.0%. The chemical components and magnetic properties of the products can meet the requirement of soft-magnetic ferrite of electronic equipment.
