摘要
目的 :探讨中药更年丹结合耳穴贴压疗法治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效及其机理。方法 :将更年期综合征组分为治疗组与对照组 ,观察两组临床疗效及部分患者静脉血中雌二醇 (E2 )、促卵泡刺激素 (FSH)含量变化。结果 :治疗组显效率为 62 .1 6 % ,总有效率为 94.59% ;而对照组显效率为 1 8.75 % ,总有效率为 75 .0 0 % ,治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :更年丹结合耳穴贴压疗法治疗更年期综合征疗效确切 ,简便易行 ,患者易于接受 ,与对照组相比较总有效率较高 。
Objective:To study the clinical effect and therapeutical mechanism of the combined treatment of chinese patent medicine Gengnian Pill and pasting?compressing auricular acupuncture points on climacteric syndrome.Methods:53 patients of climacteric syndrome were measured in some of the cases.Results:the markedly effective rate and total effective rate in treated group was 62.16%and 94.59%,the markedly effective rate and total effective rate in control group was 18.75and 75.00%The total effective rate in treated groups was significant higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of Gengnian Pill and pasting?compressing auricular acupuncture points on climacteric syndrome was absolute.the method was easy to use and acceptable to patients.The total effective rate was higher than that in control group.It was one of the best effective methods on climacteric syndrome.
