摘要
目的:比较了不同产地地肤子中单体皂苷(momordin Ic)和总皂苷的含量差异。方法:分别采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD)法和比色法测定了地肤子中momordin Ic及总皂苷的含量。结果:地肤子中momordin Ic与总皂苷的含量存在一定的相关性,即momordin Ic含量高,其总皂苷含量亦较高。11种地肤子中,安徽毫州、河北保定、河北安国、黑龙江哈尔滨等地产地肤子中皂苷的含量较高。结论:不同产地地肤子中皂苷的含量存在一定的差异,应注意生长环境对药材质量的影响。
Objective: To compare the content of momordin Ic and total saponin in K. scoparia fruits from eleven producing areas. Method: HPLC-ELSD and colorimetric method were used to determine the content of momordin Ic and total saponin, respectively. Result: The content of momordin Ic in K . scoparia fruits was related to that of total saponin. In the eleven kinds of K. scoparia fruits tested, those produced in Bozhou, Baoding Anguo and Heilongjiang contained more saponins. Conclusion: The content of saponin in K. scoparia fruits from various areas is different, and attention must be paid to the effects of environment on the quality of herbs.
