摘要
用溶胶—凝胶法制取半导体金属氧化物TiO2粉末,并对其进行热处理。XRD分析表明,这样制得的TiO2其晶粒大小具有纳米尺度,为纳米晶催化剂。在紫外光照射下,用其作光催化剂对制浆黑液废水进行降解处理,同时用市售TiO2作比较实验。结果表明,纳米晶TiO2对制浆黑液废水的光催化降解效果明显优于市售TiO2。就纳米晶TiO2而言,其用量有一个最佳值。
The nanocrystal metal oxide semiconductor, titania was prepared by sol-gel method and this titania was undergone a certain heat treatment. Analysis with X-ray diffraction indicate that the titania is nanocystal material. In the presence of this titania, pulping wastewater was irradiated by ultraviolet to decontaminate it. And a comparative experiment was carried out with titania purchased on the market. The results suggest that there is a best value on dosage of nanocrystal titania which is used as photocatalyst in reacting system. The effect of nanocrystal titania on photocatalytic degradation of pulping wastewater is super to that of titania purchased on market.
