摘要
应用锥形量热仪研究了几种常见热塑性塑料在燃烧过程中的燃烧行为 ,定量得到聚乙烯 (HDPE、LDPE)、聚丙烯、高抗冲聚苯乙烯和聚氯乙烯等在不同入射热流强度 ( 2 5kW /m2 、5 0kW /m2 、75kW /m2 )下的热释放速率、质量损失速率、有效燃烧热和总释放热等燃烧性能参数 ;分析比较了各热塑性塑料的燃烧行为特性 。
By means of the Cone Calorimeter,combustion behaviors were studied for various thermoplastics,such as LDPE,HDPE,PP,HIPS and PVC.And the combustion properties,which include the heat release rate,the mass loss rate,the effective combustion heat,and the total heat release,were obtained and compared at different incident heat flux(25 kW/m 2,50 kW/m 2,75 kW/m 2),so that they can be used as references for the fire forecast and the material design.
