摘要
用聚醚 ,TDI,1 ,4 丁二醇和三乙醇胺制备了水性聚氨酯 ,并引入三乙醇胺作为阳离子亲水基团 ,使PU具有了亲水性 .讨论了合成过程中的一些影响因素和胶乳的稳定性 .结果表明 :三乙醇胺对胶乳的稳定性影响很大 ;胶乳和固化剂 (AQ 1 0 0 )的质量比在 1 0 0∶8到 75∶8之间时 。
The preparation of water borne polyurethane from polyether, TDI, 1,4 butanediol and triethanolamine was studied. The water borne polyurethane can be obtained through the introduction of the cationic groups in the polyurethane chain. In this article the factors which have effect on the synthesis of the prepolymer and quality of the PU emulsion are also discussed. The results show that the amount of triethanolamine has a great effect on the stability of the emulsion. If the ratio of the amount of the emulsion to that of the AQ 100 (curing agent) is between 100∶8 and 75∶8, the strength of the adhesion of the polyurethane emulsion is the best.
