摘要
通过优化合金成分设计和改进合金铸锭技术、合金粉末制备技术、磁场取向成型技术以及烧结技术 ,应用全部国产设备与国内通用的工业生产烧结 Nd— Fe—B永磁的原材料 ,避免使用镓等稀有贵重金属元素 ,实现了 N4 5 H烧结 Nd— Fe—B磁体的工业化生产。其典型磁性能为 Br=1 .3 86T(1 3 .86k Gs) ,BHC=1 0 5 9k A/m (1 3 .3 2 k Oe) ,JHC=1 4 1 8k A/m (1 7.83 k Oe) ,HK=1 3 5 7k A/m(1 7.0 6k Oe) ,(BH) max=3 64 k J/m3(45 .8MGOe)。SEM观察和 XRD分析结果表明 ,制造的 N4 5 H烧结 Nd— Fe—
By optimizing the alloy compositions and improving the alloy ingot technique,powder-preparing technique,magnetically-aligning technique and sintering technique,N45H sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets have been successfully mass-produced from common commercially-available Nd,Dy,Tb,Fe,Nb,Cu,Al metals and B-Fe master alloy.Typical magnetic properties for N45H sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets are B r=1 386 T (13 86 kGs), BH C=1 059 kA/m (13 32 kOe), JH C=1 418 kA/m (17 83 kOe),H K=1 357 kA/m (17 06 kOe),(BH) max =364 kJ/m 3 (45 8 MGOe),SEM and XRD analysis shows that the mass-produced high-performance sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets have a high alignment degree and a fine-grained microsturcture.
