摘要
针对某减速机的断轴情况 ,从静强度、断口的宏观和微观特性、金相组织等多方面进行分析 ,确定了转轴断裂的根本原因是转轴热处理时 ,没有按照技术要求进行调质处理 .
Reducer is widely used in engineering. Its safety is related to the state of machinery system. This paper analyses a fracture shaft of a reducer from its intensity, macroscopic and microscopic characteristics, microstructure etc. The reason of fracture is that the heat treatment is not conducted with the technical regulation. Some other reasons caused the fracture are analyzed at the same time.
