阐述实行会计委派制的必要性和可行性,论述在社会主义市场经济条件下,实行会计委派制对完善财务监督体制,加强财务管理的重要性。
This paper expounds the necessity of perfecting effective supervision and controlling system of financial affairs under the socialist market - oriented economy conditions, and it also shows the importance and feasibility of sending accountants system.
