摘要
在金属厚板焊缝 CTOD试样中预制前沿平直的疲劳裂纹 ,是 CTOD试验的一个关键难题。通过实验 ,研究了疲劳裂纹前沿平直度 St与疲劳载荷比 f 之间的关系 ,发现两者高度正相关 。
Making fatigue crack with straight front is a difficult key problem during CTOD test of welds in metallic thick plank. In this paper, the relationship between the fatigue crack front straightness S t and fatigue loading ratio f were explored. The results show that the fatigue crack front straightness S t is correlative with fatigue loading ratio f positively. According to this conclusion, the fatigue crack with straight crack front can be made easily.
