摘要
根据复声强测量的基本原理,利用Pulse2000多功能振动噪声分析系统,对CA498型柴油机进行了表面噪声源识别,用MATLAB的2D绘图软件给出了等声强曲线,找出了几个主要噪声源,并进行了排序,对进气歧管、气缸罩盖和油底壳几个主要噪声源用高分子阻尼涂料进行喷涂处理后,发动机降噪效果明显,声功率级降低了2dB(A),其它各点声压级也有不同程度的下降。
Based on fundamentals of sound intensity measurement,surface noise sources radiating from CA498 diesel engine have been identified by means of pulse 2000 multifunctional vibration and noise measuring system.Sound intensity isograms were plotted with the aid of MATLAB 2D drawing software.Main noise sources were located and arranged in order of magnitude.After coating the major noise sources intake manifold,cylinder head cover and oil pan by high polymer,engine noise was reduced significantly.Sound power level is reduced by 2dB(A),all sound pressure levels are also more or less reduced.
