摘要
目的探讨影响无菌贮存区空气监测超标的因素。方法采用平板暴露沉降法 ,对无菌贮存区采取监控 ,并对措施前后 5个月的监测结果进行对比。结果采取措施前空气培养菌落数平均值是 2 82 .6~ 4 0 9.6cfu/cm3;采取措施后平均值是 0~ 6 2 .8cfu/cm3,经统计学处理P值 <0 .0 0 1,采取措施前后差异有显著意义。结论只有加强无菌贮存区环境监控 ,不断完善环境监控条件 。
Objective To explore the factors effecting air surveillance and monitoring in asepsis storage areas which is above the standard.Method Air surveillance was conducted through plate exposure sediment in asepsis storage areas, and compared and contract with the monitoring results after five months period. Result the mean bacteria colon count before intervention is 282.6~ 409.6 cfu/cm 3 , which is above the standard , and 0~62.8 cfu/cm 3 after intervention. There is significant difference before and after intervention( P <0.01). Conclusion The air quality can be ensured only through strengthen environment monitoring in asepsis storage areas and improving capacity for environment monitoring.
