摘要
测定材料相体积分数是获得材料性能的主要手段之一。针对常规定量金相法在测定材料相体积分数中存在的诸多不足 ,用计算机的图像处理技术 ,将金相图像数字化处理 ,经程序运算 ,在确定合适的阈值后可得到较为准确的相体积分数。该方法具有快速、高效的特点。
Phase volume fraction is an important materials characteristic parameter for property estimation, howeve it is very difficult determine by conventional metallographic method. Using computer image processing technology metallographic pictures are digitally processed, and software are developed to determine phase volume fraction by selecting threshold value. Experimental results show that the calculation is reasonable.
