摘要
目的 :了解 1997～ 2 0 0 1年深圳市收容教育所妇女性传播疾病 (STDs)流行情况。方法 :收集整理 1997～ 2 0 0 1年深圳市某监测点收容教育所妇女体检资料及实验室检测资料 ,并作流行病学分析。结果 :5 80 0名收容教育所妇女中 ,共检出性病 12 0 2例 ,检出率为 2 0 . 72 %。其中梅毒检出例数最多 ,尖锐湿疣、NGU、淋病等次之。结论 :收容教育所妇女是性病传播的主要传染源 ,也是性病防治的重点人群和控制性病传播流行的关键所在 。
Objective:To study the prevalence of sexually transmitted diseases(STDs) among sex workers in re education centers in Shenzhen from 1997 to 2001.Methods:STDs surveillance on sex worders in re eduction centers in Shenzhen from 1997 to 2001 had been conducted. Data was then collected and analyzed.Results:Out of the 5800 sex workers in re education centers, 1202(20 72%) cases were identified as having STDs. Among them Syphilis took the first place and followed by condyloma acuminatum, nongonococcal urethritis and gonorrhea.Conclusion:The prevenlance rate of sex workers in re education centers is very high. They are the most sources of STDs infections and also the main people of STDs prevention and control. Syphilis is the main disease on which we should place much emphasis in Shenzhen.
