摘要
研究了以锅炉烟气沉降物为吸附剂的烟炱吸附法脱除SO2 的工艺条件 ,结果表明该法较适宜的工艺条件为SO2 浓度小于 2 40 0mg/L ,烟气流速小于 36m/h ,烟气温度低于 10 0℃ ,此时脱硫效率可达 30 %以上。
The process condition and reaction mechanism studies on flue gas desulfuration with smoke dust adsorption method are conducted and the results show that the desulfuration efficiency is higher than 30% under the best condition,in which the SO 2 concentration is lower than 2400mg/L,flue gas velocity is 36m/h and flue gas temperature is 100℃.
