对新世纪高等教育改革创新 ,提高教学质量方面进行探讨。在高教科学体系方面 ,围绕教育改革创新 ,营造教学、科研工作和教学管理工作的创新氛围 ,把着眼点放在提高教学质量 ,适应新形势而培养高素质人才方面展开研究。
This paper is to probe into innovation of higher education reform and improving teaching quality. For higher educational science system, it is to focus on improving teaching quality, train high qualified personnel to adapt new conditions while talking about innovation of higher education reform, creating innovative atmosphere for research and teaching administration work
